By accessing, registering an account on, or using any part of the imau4d Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, depositing players, and participants in any promotional activity offered by imau4d.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any time. If imau4d identifies multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — whether by name, address, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or any combination thereof — imau4d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any pending bonuses, and withold winings generated from duplicate Account activity pending investigation.
imau4d may require you to submit identity documentation ("KYC Documents") at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including upon registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when imau4d reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement. Acceptable KYC Documents include but are not limited to a national identity card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC Documents within the timeframe specified by imau4d may result in Account suspension and witholding of funds pending resolution.
To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You must create a secure password that you agree to keep confidential. imau4d is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.

All Accounts on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies, including cryptocurrency, will be converted to MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. imau4d does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the MYR value of your deposits or withdrawals.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, imau4d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by imau4d.
You agree that while using the Platform you will not:
imau4d will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, imau4d does not warrant uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by maintenance, technical failure, telecommunications disruption, force majeure, or any other cause beyond imau4d's reasonable control.
imau4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), 7-Eleven CLiQ, and USDT TRC20. imau4d reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method. The current limits are displayed on the Platform's deposit and withdrawal pages and are subject to change. imau4d reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual Accounts where warranted by responsible gambling obligations, risk management requirements, or KYC compliance.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 10–30 minutes. Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) withdrawals typically take 15–60 minutes, subject to network congestion. imau4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards offered by imau4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are clearly identified in your Account balance and wallet display. imau4d will not retroactively apply Wagering Requirements to completed promotions without notice.
imau4d monitors Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple Accounts, placing low-risk bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine participation, and systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics. imau4d reserves the right to void bonuses, withold associated winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
The Birthday Bonus is credited automatically to eligible Accounts on the Account holder's registered date of birth, subject to Account status, KYC verification, and tier eligibility. Bonus amounts range from MYR 188 (Bronze tier) to MYR 2,688 (VIP Elite tier). The Birthday Bonus is subject to a minimum 10x wagering requirement.
imau4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including where imau4d reasonably suspects the integrity of an event, where technical errors have resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed, or where placing the wager would be contrary to applicable licensing conditions.
Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all Games on the Platform and are displayed within each game or market prior to bet placement. imau4d may impose individual Account-level betting limits where warranted by responsible gambling obligations or risk management considerations.
All RNG-based casino games on the Platform are provided by licensed international game studios whose RNG systems have been independently tested and certified. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are based on independent audit results and represent the theoretical long-term return across large number of rounds.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round or live bet, the Platform will record the game state at the time of disconnection. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the last confirmed state. imau4d is not liable for losses caused by connection failures on the User's end, including mobile data interruptions, browser crashes, or power outages.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account funds:
Fraud & Money Laundering: imau4d cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in all jurisdictions in relation to suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Suspicious transactions are reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, design elements, graphics, text, images, trademarks, trade names, logos, and audio-visual material, is the exclusive property of imau4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited licence to access and view the Content solely for your personal use in connection with your use of the Platform. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior written consent of imau4d.
The "imau4d" name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of imau4d. Unauthorised use of any imau4d trademark is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.
imau4d collects, processes, and stores personal data about you in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
imau4d implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your full Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, imau4d, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Content thereon, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
imau4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit imau4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by imau4d's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
imau4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of any provision of this Agreement; (b) suspected fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity; (c) failure to pass KYC verification; (d) receipt of a self-exclusion request from a regulatory authority; or (e) any other reason at imau4d's reasonable discretion. In cases of genuine Account closure not resulting from User misconduct, imau4d will return the verified Balance to you through an approved payment method.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting imau4d's support team at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, your remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding Wagering Requirements and KYC verification.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which imau4d holds its operating licence. imau4d's Platform operates under international gaming licensing (Curacao-based jurisdiction).
In the event of any dispute between you and imau4d, you agree to first contact imau4d's customer support team at [email protected] to seek informal resolution. imau4d will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution procedures available under imau4d's applicable gaming licence.
Malaysian Players: Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from online gambling activities. By using this Platform, you acknowledge and accept this jurisdictional limitation.
imau4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, imau4d will provide not less than seven (7) days' advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended provision, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.2.
